Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible, as the registration will close on the first day of each event. Early registration is advisable to guarantee availability.

The conference accepts payments exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).

You can pay registration fees using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Discover credit cards, as well as through Bank Transfer and PayPal. We also offer an installment payment plan that is interest-free—please reach out to our team for more information.
5. What is included in the conference pass?
The conference pass includes access to all keynotes, panels, and sessions, as well as to the networking and exhibition areas. It also covers all meals provided during the conference (breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks) and offers discount coupons for hotel accommodations, subject to their availability.
6. Is pre-registration mandatory for the conference?

7. When can I receive confirmation of my registration?
Registration confirmations are sent via email immediately upon completion of the registration process, with login details following within 24-48 business hours.
8. Do I need to purchase separate passes for each day?
No, the all-inclusive Attendee Pass covers participation for all three days of the conference.

9. What is the policy for canceling or transferring my registration?
Cancellations made within 14 days of registration qualify for a full refund. Beyond this period, refunds are subject to management approval on a case-by-case basis.
10. What should I know about delivering a keynote at the conference?
Keynote presentations should focus on significant themes relevant to the tech and marketing industries, aiming to engage the audience with valuable insights and latest trends. And certainly, our audiovisual team will be there to assist you with your presentation on stage every step of the way!
11. How are speakers and topics for the agenda selected?
There is a multi-step process that includes the following:
- Conduct initial research on topics that significantly influence both the performance and profitability within various industries.
- Identification of individuals who are knowledgeable in the proposed topic and joint discussions to define content at a high level.
- Before the event, a QA check is conducted to ensure that the material to be presented is not self-promotional and adds value to the attendees.
12. Can I get assistance with printing promotional materials?
Yes, we can assist with the printing of additional marketing materials. Send your designs to us, and we'll provide a competitive quote from our preferred vendors.
13. Are conference fees different for honorees?
Yes, all attendees, including honorees, must register and pay to attend. Fee structures may vary.
14. Are translation services available at the event?
Direct translation services are not provided at the conference. However, we can assist in facilitating contact with professional translation services if required.
15. Does the conference pass include accommodations and travel expenses?

16. What are the accommodation limits for discounted hotel rooms?
Our discounted hotel rates are for up to two adults and one child under the age of 12 per room. An additional fee may apply for children aged 12 and above. Please check the most current hotel terms for details.
17. Are your panel discussions scripted or impromptu discussions among the Panelists?
Our panel discussions encourage spontaneous, unscripted dialogue among experts. To maintain coherence, panelists are introduced to each other ahead of the conference to synchronize on discussion topics.
18. Can my entire team be able to avail hotel stay offers?
Yes, teams holding an Exhibitor/Sponsor pass may book multiple rooms at a discounted rate, subject to availability.
19. What should I do if I need a visa to attend?

23. May I set-up a shell booth or a fully-equipped enclosed space on the exhibit floor?
Absolutely! At the FUELD Conference, you're encouraged to set up either a shell booth or a fully customized space. Please bring your equipment, and our team will assist you throughout the setup process.
24. I need a shell booth; can you assist me with this?
Certainly! We can connect you with several vendors who provide shell booths at competitive prices. Contact our team for further details, and we will help you get everything arranged.
25. What booth sizes are available and what is included with each?
We offer booth sizes of [6 ft. x 4 ft.], [7 ft. x 5 ft.], and [12 ft. x 6 ft.]. Each option includes a dedicated space on the Exhibitors’ floor and a table, provided by us, for your display needs.
26. How can I pick my desired location on the Exhibitors' floor?
Elite Exhibitors are offered preferred booth spaces measuring 12 feet by 6 feet. You can view and choose your spot using the Floor Plan. Additionally, you may arrive one or two days prior to the event to finalize your position.
27. Is there an option to rent audiovisual equipment?
Definitely. We offer connections to third-party vendors for any special equipment needs, including audiovisual gear. Please arrange this at least two weeks before the event to ensure availability.
28. Who should I contact for logistical arrangements like shipment addresses, event hours, and internet access?
Our committed team will maintain ongoing communication with you and will be onsite a week before the event begins. You can join us a few days early to oversee your booth setup.
29. Will the conference be live-streamed, and can we live-stream our exhibits?
Yes, the entire FUELD Conference will be live-streamed on our official YouTube channel. Advanced & Elite Exhibitors will enjoy additional exposure through ‘at booth interviews’ conducted by our host and streamed online.
30. What are the operating hours for the Exhibitors’ floor?
The exhibitors' floor will be open daily from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM throughout the three-day conference.
31. Is it permissible to conduct surveys or polls within my booth area?
Indeed, but you will need to upgrade your standard Exhibitor Package to a Sponsorship level. This upgrade allows you not only to conduct surveys but also to organize prize giveaways or private luncheons with up to seven guests.
32. Will there be power and Wi-Fi at my booth?
Yes, our venue’s Exhibitor Team will coordinate with you to ensure that your booth is equipped with both power and Wi-Fi ahead of the event.
33. What are the limitations regarding booth displays?
We comply with the local laws and regulations of our venue partners concerning allowable booth materials. Please confirm that your materials are compliant with these standards.
34. Can I leave my products and materials at the booth overnight?
While our venue has security, we recommend not leaving valuable items like laptops or hard drives overnight. It’s safer to take these items with you.
35. What is the maximum capacity allowed per booth?
The Elite Exhibitor package permits up to four team members at your booth. If you require additional passes, they are available for purchase at a discounted rate.
36. Is insurance provided for the booth spaces?
We do not offer insurance for booth spaces but have implemented several safety protocols to minimize the risk of damage or loss.
37. Are service animals/ emotional support allowed on the Exhibitors' floor?

38. Is the Exhibitors’ area accessible for wheelchairs?
